about
hi there,
Born in Miami. Raised in Brazil. Based in NYC.
At the ripe age of six I first found my passion at the Casa do Teatro Célia Helena. There, I was introduced to the arts through a groundwork of improvisation and devised theatre; adapting classic texts such as Hamlet and Don Quixote into some pretty epic theatrical experiences. It is fair to say this is where the theatre-maker in me first came alive.
I spent the next decade pursuing this passion at the New World School of the Arts, the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts (United Kingdom) and most recently at Penn State University. In each of these places I gathered some remarkable mentors and collaborators, who continued to shape my creative potential.
Some recent projects include the Off-Broadway productions of THE NIGHT OF THE IGUANA at the Signature Theatre and HARMONY at the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene - which we made a cast recording of! For more credits please visit my resume!
As both actor and human I have found myself in an endless state of questioning - looking to figure out my purpose in this field. I'm not sure I've answered that yet, but I am excited for when my curiosity, joy and commitment come together to create more connection.
I'm glad you found my corner of the internet!
